"PASTURES" BY NATALIE DEL CARMEN IS NOW AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE!

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2ND 2026

We are so excited to officially announce the release of Natalie Del Carmen’s second full-length album, Pastures, arriving via Torrez Music Group! To celebrate, we’d like to insert some behind the scenes photos that we took in the studio on some disposable Fujicam cameras.

Recorded in February 2025, Pastures came together organically but within a short amount of time - seven new songs tracked in just eight days, rounding out a nine-track album that captures Natalie’s personal stories of friendships, tribulations, and triumphs. The project was produced and engineered by Brunjo, entirely in-house.

At the core of the album is the primary trio playing on every track: Amelia Eisenhauer (fiddle, mandolin, bass, background vocals), Tanir Morrison (drums, percussion, bass, whistling), and Jordan Ezquerro (piano, organ, synthesizer, whistling). In addition to just us three, a group of close friends dropped in throughout the week to add their own flare to the record. This includes Nick Antonelli (bass, electric guitar, 12-string guitar, whistling), Andy Eisenhauer (banjo), Ayden Marshall (additional engineering, whistling), Stephen “Tebbs” Karney (pedal steel guitar), John Tocco (electric guitar), and David Isenberg (harmonica).

Sonically, we wanted Pastures to lean fully into the Americana landscape, while still leaving room to experiment. The Western-themed “Pressure in the Pastures” pushes into cinematic territory with imagery of desert landscapes and the old West, while “Los Angeles” layers subtle ambient electronic textures beneath traditional stringed instruments that are familiar to country music. In contrast, “Heyday” stays rooted in traditional Nashville country, leaning on classic songwriting and familiar instruments like the pedal steel.

Rooted in the Nashville sound but unafraid to wander, Pastures marks a huge step forward for both us and Natalie - one that balances tradition, collaboration, and a willingness to stretch the genre just enough to make it our own.

In Natalie’s own words: “I came to Brunjo with a record essentially about my early twenties, and it felt like an important project to all of us. They related to it in personal ways, which was great, because it made it easier for all of us to get inspired. I believe you can hear it in the music, the choices we made, and how much they respected the vision I had with what I wanted to say lyrically. And even if this wasn’t true, that they didn’t relate to the material at all, you would never know it. These 3 care more about your record than you might at times and that makes a strong team. The highest goal for any artist is to walk out with a record you can be proud to stand behind. I can say that about Pastures, and I’m grateful for the time spent creating it with these great musicians.”

“I’ll probably think back on February 2025 with a big smile the rest of my life. Usually when you spend 8 days with the same folks, you’d maybe get a little suffocated, which made those 8 days all the more unusual, because I probably could’ve kept going for days more. We were tired, sure, because 8 days straight of putting together a record can be as much a th`rilling thing as it is a challenge, but I’m grateful and would do it all over again, if I was lucky enough.”

Natalie credits these works as her bigest sonic inspirations for the record:

  1. Noeline Hofmann - “August”
  2. Miranda Lambert - “Looking Back On Luckenbach”
  3. Margo Cilker - “Lowland Trail”
  4. Lord Huron - “I Will Be Back One Day”
